A buyer purchases a print from your online store — Shopify, Wix, Etsy, or your own website.
Upload the artwork file through our order form. Pick paper, size, and enter the shipping address.
Your artwork is printed on Canson® Fine Art paper, inspected, and packed in your branding (or plain).
The print goes directly to your buyer. They receive a premium product — from "your studio."
Here's exactly how to set up your Shopify store to work with ArtScan Fulfill. No app to install — just a few settings to configure.
Add each artwork as a product in your Shopify store. Set variants for sizes (e.g., 30×40 cm, 50×70 cm) and paper types if you want to offer choices. Set your retail prices — this is what your customers pay you.
fulfill:artscan to easily identify which products are fulfilled by us.When a customer places an order, go to fulfill.artscan.co.il/orderand submit the artwork file with the customer's shipping address. That's it — we handle everything from here.
In Shopify, go to Settings → Shipping and deliveryand create a shipping profile for your print products. Set zones and rates that reflect the actual shipping costs we'll charge you (we'll provide a rate card), plus your margin.
We'll send you a wholesale price quote within 24 hours of your first order. You set your own retail prices in Shopify. The difference is your profit — typically artists mark up 2×–3× the production cost.
Once we ship, we'll send you a tracking number. Mark the order as fulfilled in Shopify with the tracking info — your customer gets a shipping notification from your store automatically. Clean, professional, seamless.
We work with any platform — Wix, Etsy, WooCommerce, Squarespace, or your own website. The process is the same: submit orders through our form, and we'll handle the rest.

Artwork files are stored securely and used only for printing your orders. We never share, resell, or reproduce your work. Your art stays yours — period.
If a print arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll reprint and reship at no charge. No forms, no fine print. We stand behind every print that leaves our studio.
